Biographies
Tamás Kamarási
Chairperson of the Management Board
Tamás Kamarási has Master's Degree in Economics. He graduated from the University of Pest in Hungary. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of CKB.
Mr. Kamarási has gained broad experience in banking industry. In the period from 2008 to 2012 he covered the positions of Deputy CEO and Chief Risk Officer in OTP Bank Russia. Following that, he covered the position of Managing Director of Risk Analysis and Regulation Directorate and Corporate Culture Change Program Manager in OTP Bank Hungary. From 2019 to September 2021, he worked as Managing Director of Corporate Governance Directorate. Since October 2021, he has been the Chief Executive Officer of CKB.
In addition to his native language, he is fluent in both Russian and English.
Maja Krstić
Member of the Management Board responsible for Strategy and Finance Division
Maja Krstić was born in 1973 in Podgorica. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica and holds the professional title of licensed auditor. She acquired her postgraduate knowledge in domestic and international institutions.
Ms. Krstić started her career in the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro, to continue her work in auditing, first in the audit company Montrev, and later as a manager in one of the largest audit companies PricewaterhouseCoopers. She was engaged in auditing and financial consulting, specialized in subsidiaries listed on the American Stock Exchange. She joined the OTP group in 2008, as the chief internal auditor at CKB. She has been engaged several times as a financial advisor to the World Bank on projects aimed at improving accounting and auditing, and was a member of working groups for the development of subsidiary legislation in the field of capital markets. In July 2013, she was appointed Executive Director for Finance and Banking Operations at CKB, and from July to December 2020, she successfully performed the function of Chief Executive Officer of Podgoricka banka, a member of the OTP Group.
Sergej Kapustin
Member of the Management Board responsible for Risk Management Division
Seasoned banker with over 20 years experience in Banking and Fintech, mainly in Risk management and M&A, with a focus on technology and customer analytics. Strong expertise in loan decision-making process Retail, SME and Corporate segments, risk technology, customer communication strategy, based on the World best practice and experience of OTP Group in Central and Eastern Europe, modern technological base and wide range of data sources. Rated as Top-50 Corporate Governance Director in Russia, Top-5 in Banking, in 2017, 2018 and 2022.
Stela Bošković
Member of Management Board responsible for Corporate and Legal Affairs Division
Mrs. Stela Bošković graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica. She defended her master's thesis in economics at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Belgrade. Over the past twenty years, she has held various managerial positions in the Central Bank of Montenegro, Podgorička banka (Societe Generale Montenegro Bank), and Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka.
Between 2002 and 2008, she held the positions of Deputy Director of Bank Supervision Division and Director of Directorate for Development and Systemic Risk Supervision at the Central Bank of Montenegro. She continued her professional career at Podgorička banka, that is, Societe Generale Montenegro Bank as Advisor to General Manager. Between 2014 and 2020 she held the position of Director of Corporate Secretariat. From June to December 2020, she held the positions of Executive Director for Bank Operations and Deputy Chief Executive Director of Podgorička banka. Since December 2020, she has been at the position of Director of Corporate Secretariat Department of CKB.
She actively participated in the implementation of significant projects for the national banking sector and in Montenegro's negotiations with the European Commission, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and the World Trade Organization. She successfully completed numerous professional trainings in the country and abroad.
Dino Redžepagić
Member of Management Board responsible for Retail Business Division
Mr. Dino Redžepagić graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Subotica. He obtained a master's degree in management at the European School of Economics in Rome, and successfully completed his professional training at the prestigious IEDC Business School in Slovenia.
What stands out in his extensive professional career is two decades long experience in the areas of retail and corporate banking, development, payments, strategy, and general management. He started his career at the Central Bank of Montenegro, after which he held the position of Head of Retail Banking Division at Euromarket Bank.
He joined NLB bank in 2005 as Head of Sales and Marketing Division and from 2007 covered the position of Head of Retail Banking Division. In 2011, he was appointed as Executive Director for Retail and Corporate Sales of NLB. From 2017 to 2022, he has held the position of Executive Director for Marketing and Innovation responsible for Sales, IT and Development in that bank.
József Mura
Member of the Management Board responsible for IT and Operations Division
József Mura brings over 20 years of experience from the OTP Group, CKB’s parent company, where he has built a distinguished career. Mura graduated from the University of Széchenyi István and obtained the MA degree in Computer's Software Engineering in 2013.
Mura joined OTP in 2001, assuming various operational and leadership roles over the years. Notably, he served as the IT Development Director and most recently held the position of Head of Technology in the Retail Lending Sector, where he played a key role in driving the agile transformation of OTP’s operations.
This transformation was pivotal in enhancing service delivery and advancing digitalization, which will be among his primary responsibilities at CKB. Mura's extensive expertise will be instrumental in further advancing CKB's digital services, aiming to deliver faster and more efficient banking solutions to clients.
He is committed to fostering digital transformation and an agile approach within the IT sector, allowing CKB to adapt swiftly to market changes and enhance the customer experience. Mura's leadership will ensure that CKB continues to lead in innovation within the banking industry.
Nikola Perišić
Member of the Management Board responsible for Corporate Business division
Nikola Perišić was born in Cetinje in 1983, where he completed primary and secondary school. He graduated from and obtained his master's degree at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica. He started his career at Hypo Alpe Adria Bank AD Podgorica.
He joined OTP Group in 2011, as a manager in LME Directorate. In the period from 2014 to 2016, he held the position of a manager for large and medium enterprises and project financing in LME Directorate. He took up the position of the Deputy Director of LME Directorate in 2016.
As from 2018 he has held the position of Director of Corporate Directorate, where he participated in defining the business strategy of the Directorate and the implementation thereof.

Biographies
Bernadett Dancsné Engler
Bernadett Dancsné Engler graduated from the Szent István University in the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences with a specialization in finance. She holds the professional title
of a Chartered accountant, as well as diplomas of the Foreign Trade Salesperson from the Foreign Trade and Education Training Centre.
She had started her career at the Lignimpex Foreign trade Company, then she worked as a Lending lecturer, a customer relationship manager, a small business consultant, a branch manager and later as a regional manager at the Budapest Bank from 1992 to 2017. She worked at the same Bank as a Product Development Manager in 2017, and at the OTP Group in 2020 as a Product Development and Sales Manager for the Micro and Small segment.
She has attended numerous training and programs for leadership skills and development.
Dániel Gyuris
Dániel Gyuris obtained his university degrees from the Debrecen University of Agricultural Sciences - Degree in Technical Engineer of Crop Production, from the University of Agricultural Sciences - Degree in Economics, College for Finance and Accounting – Specialist Economist Diploma, Karl Marx University of Economic Science - Degree in Financial Economics, as well as Degree in Bank Management from the Institute for Training and Consulting in Banking.
What stands out in his extensive professional career is long managerial experience in the banking sector, which lasts longer then three decades, and which he obtianed in Agrobank, in Inter-Europa Bank, Land Credit and Mortgage Bank, OTP Bank, as well as OTP Mortgage Bank. He worked in OTP Group as of 2010 until 2014. For 10 years, he was the vice president of the Hungarian Banking Association, and responsible for cooperation between the government and the banking sector in matters of regulation, support, and resolution.
From 2014 he has been Chief executive officer of LDG Capital and has been working as Independent Advisor in M&A and Finance. Mr. Gyuris has received numerous Honors & Awards, such as MasterCard award as Banker of the Year, The Hungarian Ministry of Finance award as Manager of the Year, Budapest Stock Exchange as The Man of The Stock Exchange.
Igor Noveljić
Igor Noveljić graduated on the Faculty of Economics University of Montenegro. He has more than 20 years of managerial experience in corporate sector, public administration and international development NGO sector. His professional career started in various international NGOs, such as OSCE, World Vision International, Italian Consortium of Solidarity ICS, and later on he worked as Program Manager of CHF International in Montenegro. His work in public administration started in Ministry for Spatial Planning and Environment. Subsequently he worked as Chief of Staff in Mayor office of Capital Podgorica. In period between 2011 – 2017 he was State Secretary of Ministry of Economy, during which he also performed duties of the member of the Board of Directors in Crnogorski elekroprenosni sistem and was member of the negotiation team for EU Accession of Montenegro. Further on, he continued his career as Chief Executive Office in Elektroprivreda Crne Gore, Montenegrin energy company.
He is recognised by his exceptional strategic and leadership skills built within international organisations, which he later implemented during implementation of reform process within government institutions and the biggest public company in Montenegro.
Beside native language, she speaks English and Italian.
Kálmán Kiss
Kalman Kiss obtained his MSc degree in Business and Economics from Janus Pannonius University in Hungary, with part-time studies in Austria and Denmark, and traineeships in Germany. He has obratined his MBA degree from INSEAD.
Mr. Kiss has 7.5 years experiance at The Boston Consulting Group as Project Leader, Consultant and Head of Hungarian Research. Later on, he preformed the function of Head of Strategic Management Department in Erste Bank Hungary, as well as Non-Executive Director experience as Member of the Supervisory Board of Erste Pension Fund. He continued his career as the General Manager of Accedo Hungary, as well as its Head of EMEA Delivery. He was also a Leadership Advisory Consultant at Egon Zehnder, focusing on executive search and assessment. Starting from 2021 he has been working as Freelance Consultant, organising numerous different strategic projects, business planning, investor pitches, Executive Assessments and leadership coaching, and decision preparation trainings.
He speaks fluent English, German and Hungarian.
Pál Gombos
Pál Gombos is dynamic and result driven IT Management professional. His finished Bachelor studies of management and engineering on the Technical College of Bánki Donát – Budapest, while he obtained postgraduate degree in baking and finance from the University of Economics – Budapest.
His professional career in banking is over 25 years long. From 2015 he joined OTP Group, where on managing positions, he performed activities from IT area. Starting from 2021 he has been Head of Subsidiary IT Governance. From 2023 he is CIO of IPOTEKA Bank, that is the subsidiary bank of OTP Group in Uzbekinstan.
He leads changes and transformations that yield strategic competitive advantages and financial benefits to organizations. He has wide experience in working with business and IT leadership on building the necessary capabilities to deliver required business objectives. Builds high performance teams via hiring, motivating and coaching talented professionals. He

Szilágyi-Schreindorfer György
Dr. György Szilágyi-Schreindorfer graduated from the University of Debrecen, obtaining a law degree summa cum laude. He continued his education at the University of Hamburg and the University of Heidelberg, where he defended his master's thesis and received Master of law (LL.M.) degree, and subsequently at the Corvinus University Budapest, where he obtained the title of lawyer-economist.
He started his career at the ECOVIS Legal Hungary Law Office, after which he joined the OTP Group. He has been building a successful career in OTP Group since 2005, in the Retail and Corporate Banking Legal Department, in the Commercial Banking Legal Unit and later on Department, as a manager since 2019. His notable work biography was enriched by membership in the Supervisory Board of OTP eBIZ Ltd and OTP Factoring Ltd., as well as the active functions of a member of the Supervisory Board of OTP Hungaro-Projekt Ltd., which he has held since 2015, and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of OTP Factoring Ltd., which he has held since 2019.
He has in depth knowledge and more than 18 years of experience in corporate finance legal matters and banking regulatory. His field of expertise includes handling of non-performing assets also being member of the Group Work-Out Committee of OTP Bank Plc and legal support in relation to the investment services and capital markets activities of OTP Group.
Földvári Mária
Földvári Mária graduated from the Budapest University of Economics and holds the professional title of Chartered accountant. She started her career at the Szenzor Consulting Company as a financial consultant taking part in different World Bank projects and continued building career in banking sector since 1989. She has wide range of knowledge and extensive experience in the risk management area, which she obtained during her over three decades long career, while working at managerial positions. She acted in management positions of different risk management areas in CIB Bank Zrt. for more than 10 years and some years in IC Bank Zrt. She joined OTP Group in 2006, at the position of Head of Foreign Credit Approval, with the main responsibility of coordination of the corporate underwriting activity at OTP Group level, which she performs today as well.
