Instructions for obtaining a PIN code for a payment card
Forgot the PIN code for your payment card? Don't have time to come to our branch? From now on, you can quickly, easily and securely receive a PIN code via SMS with just a few steps:
Step 1 - Registration of the PIN SMS service
Send an SMS message to the number 1456 with the following content:
LOZ (space) password
The password can be a combination of letters and numbers, between 5 and 10 characters long.
Example: LOZ CKB123
After the message has been successfully sent, you will receive a confirmation SMS that the password has been successfully registered and is valid for the next 10 minutes.
Step 2 - Creating a PIN code
After successful registration, it is necessary to send an SMS with the following content to the number 1456:
PIN (space) last 4 numbers of your card (space) password
Example: PIN 1234 CKB123
After successfully sending the message, you will receive a confirmation SMS that the PIN has been created.
Or by calling the CKB Contact Center at 19900.
If you do not have an activated PIN SMS service, you can activate it via
CKB GO applications - select the "Messages" option and send text PIN SMS or
Or by visiting the nearest branch
It is important for us that you know:
• If you change your phone number, you need to notify us via the CKB GO application or by coming to one of our branches.
• In case of loss or theft of the phone/card, you need to notify us.
• The PIN code is a security code for payment via your payment card and should be known only to you. When you receive the PIN code, we recommend that you do not write it down, but remember it and delete the SMS.
• You can change your PIN code at any time at our ATM. After changing the PIN code at the ATM, SMS
you will receive a message with a new PIN on the next working day.
*The service of sending an SMS message to the number 1456 is charged by the mobile operator in Montenegro VAT + the price of the SMS message per sent message.
If you do not have permission to send or receive messages from short numbers such as 1456, contact your mobile operator.
