Digital card now!

If you want a new one or are changing a lost/expired card, the new digital card will be available to you immediately after submitting the request!

If you want a new or changing How to get your digital card in 4 simple steps:

1. Apply for a debit card: Visa Classic, Visa Platinum, Visa Signature and Visa Junior.

If you contract a package of services, want a new one or replace a lost/expired card, the new digital card will be available to you immediately after submitting the request!

2. Remember the PIN code of the card that we send you by SMS.

3. Log in to the CKB GO application.

Your new digital card will be immediately active and visible in the "My cards" section.

In case you do not have CKB GO, it is not possible to activate your digital card. How do I activate CKB GO?

4. Add the card to your mobile wallet

In the CKB GO application, select the "Details and settings" option, click on the Add to Gpay / Add to Apple Pay field and accept the terms of use.

Your Digital Card is immediately active and ready to use!

Pay contactless with a digital card at POS terminals without entering a PIN.
Withdraw cash contactless at all ATMs, by entering your PIN.


Currently, with a digital card, the following options will not be available to you:

cash payment at an ATM;
online shopping (you have no insight into the card number and CVV number);
change of PIN code;
Installment purchases with Visa Classic Debit Card
The above options will be available to you within 3 to 5 days after receiving the physical card.

Pick up your physical card at the branch:

within 3 to 5 days, the physical card is waiting for you in the branch indicated in the SMS;
after downloading the card, all the options listed above will be available to you;
if you don't pick up the card within 90 days, it is destroyed, and the digital card continues to be active with all the above restrictions.
Activate contactless payment with the card you have downloaded, by inserting the card, with mandatory PIN entry and that:

by withdrawing cash;
payment at the POS terminal.
