With Visa Premium cards, every journey becomes a seamless experience of the highest standards. Starting from October 1st, you can access airport business lounges worldwide using a digital membership pass – a QR code.

Please follow these simple steps to create your QR code and enjoy uninterrupted access to airport business lounges:

1. Download the Visa Business Airport Lounge app, available for Android  Visa Airport Companion - Apps on Google Play and iOS  Visa Airport Companion on the App Store (apple.com) devices.
2. Register your Visa Platinum/Visa Signature card.
3. For registration, you will need an ePIN for your Visa Platinum/Visa Signature card (instructions available by clicking on CKB | Instructions for creating an ePIN |).
4. Find the specific lounge you wish to access and select the “Walk-in” option.
5. Choose the “Membership” option to generate a digital pass (QR code) for access.

In the app, you can discover a carefully curated list of lounges at airports worldwide, as well as special privileges associated with your Visa card. You can also get the most up-to-date information on available airport business lounge access.

You can also access the digital membership card (QR code) through the Visa Concierge ChatBot channel Visa Concierge (mssg.me) via your chosen messenger (Viber, WhatsApp, or Telegram) by clicking on the “Lounge” option.

• Visa Signature - unlimited free entries for the cardholder + free entry for two guests per visit
