Important information: Abuse via e-mail

Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic to the present day, there has been an increase in hacking activity around the world. The largest companies in the world, and in Montenegro, are often subject to abuse on social networks and the Internet in general.

We are informing the public that certain citizens of Montenegro received an e-mail informing them that the user account for CKB GO internet and mobile banking has expired and that it is necessary to extend it by clicking on the link provided in the e-mail. Such spam messages, with the name and logo of our company, serve to mislead the clients and misuse their information.

We ask all our customers, first of all CKB GO service users, in case they receive similar e-mail, not to follow the instructions given in it and if they have already followed the instruction, to contact CKB Call Center at 19894.

We urge the citizens not to get caught up in such attempts and never to send personal information via e-mail or social networks.

We ask our clients to report such fraudulent senders who are misrepresenting themselves as CKB, to the official authorities of Montenegro, CIRT (www.cirt.me), as well as to the Personal Data Protection Agency.

We would like to note once again that CKB will never ask you to perform any similar action via e-mail, SMS or telephone.
