What is CKB Academy?
CKB Academy 2025 is an educational program of CKB that aims to improve the skills and competencies of young people, preparing them to face modern challenges in business. Through this program, participants will acquire not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills that will enable them to become leaders in the field of banking, technology and data analysis.
CKB Academy 2025 offers three specialized streams: IT Excellence, NextGen Banking and Data Analysis. These streams are carefully designed to enable participants to develop relevant competencies and gain competitive advantages in the labor market.
Who is the CKB Academy intended for?
Our Academy is intended for talented students of the Faculty of Science, Economics, Law, Electrical Engineering and related faculties.
Together we will develop the competencies and knowledge necessary for success in the modern business environment.

What streams does CKB Academy 2025 cover?
IT Excellence This stream focuses on the latest technologies in the IT sector, providing participants with an insight into digital transformation in banking, data security and the development of innovative technologies. Participants will learn how to apply the latest IT solutions to optimize business processes and improve user experience.
NextGen Banking Stream NextGen Banking is designed for young professionals who want to explore how banking is evolving in the digital era. Attendees will learn about the latest trends and best practices in banking, financial analysis, digital marketing, as well as banking regulations and much more.
Data Analysis The Data Analysis Stream provides students with advanced data analysis techniques, which are critical to making data-driven business decisions. Through working with real business problems, participants will learn how to use data to predict market trends and improve business strategies.
What are the requirements for applying?
1. Knowledge of the English language, B2 level (mandatory for each stream);
2. Desire to learn and improve knowledge (mandatory for each stream);
3. Knowledge of statistics, linear algebra, and probability theory (obligatory only for Data Analysis and NextGen Banking);
4. Interest in working with data and the ability to combine quantitative skills (required only for Data Analysis);
5. Possession of developed leadership and soft skills, including communication and teamwork (required only for NextGen Banking);
6. Desirable knowledge of the basics of programming languages and interest in the development of IT solutions (obligatory only for Data Analysis).

Applications for the CKB Academy 2025 are open from December 6 to January 12, and all interested candidates can apply by sending their CV to the e-mail address ckbakademija@ckb.me. As an additional incentive, participants who participate in the second module of the program will be awarded a scholarship, which supports their further development and improvement.
