Information Call Centre of Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka represents an exclusive service in the banking industry of Montenegro. By dialling the number 19894, clients can contact the operator and obtain necessary information on Bank products and services. Contact details on individual employees are also available, thus making the communication with the Bank even easier.

The service is available by dialling 19894 in the period from 07.00 to 23.00 h every working day, and on weekends from 09.00 to 21.00 h.

Services offered by the Call Centre include information about:

  • business cards,
  • corporate credit lines,
  • corporate savings lines,
  • corporate deposits,
  • documentation required for account opening,
  • other Bank products...

By calling our Call Centre, clients can also receive support for using POS terminals, eBanking, cards, ATMs, etc. In case of a card loss or theft, by calling the Call Centre, the clients card will be automatically blocked. If you want to cancel your eBanking order, again you can contact the Call Centre.

If you dial 19901, you will get access to automatic check service for current balance, latest inflow or outflow from all transaction and FX accounts and all card accounts. To be allowed to get financial information of this kind, the client must identify himself with the last 12 digits from one of his bank cards, plus the last 3 digits of his transaction account, which will be transformed into a telecode, disclosed to him only, when logging in for the first time.
