Product description

Euro Petrol Private Card is a revolving credit card. The approved limit will depend on the client creditworthiness. Outstanding amounts are collected automatically from your account actually, 40% of the spent amount on the monthly level. Minimum amount for payment is EUR 10.00. Due payment date is the 20th in a month. The card user may also have additional cards. Based on the contract with Euro Petrol, CKB and Euro Petrol will approve a bonus to credit beneficiary equal to 50% of regular interest in case of monthly consumption of up to EUR 200.00. If the monthly consumption exceeds EUR 200.00, bonus will be equal to the total amount of regular interest. Spending reports are sent by mail to your mailing address.

Where to apply for Euro Petrol Private co-brand card?

Euro Petrol Private co-brand card is intended for all citizens of Montenegro who have a regular monthly income (salary or pension) received through their current account opened with CKB.


If you are not a client of CKB, you may be issued this card with the guarantee of Euro Petrol.


You may apply for the card in Euro Petrol offices. The card may be used on the same date when you receive it.

Reporting a card loss or theft

In case you lost a card or it was stolen from you, please contact the Bank Call Centre. The card will be automatically blocked as of the moment you contacted the Bank. If you fail to report loss or theft, you will be held responsible for the entire debt.

Complaints

If the card user believes that some costs do not belong to him/her or are incorrectly computed, he/she may address the Bank to complain about those by submitting bills and other documents that the Bank may require. Deadline for the submission of complaints is 72 h from the transaction date.


The Bank shall not be responsible for the quality and quantity of goods and/or services bought by the card. Complaints regarding the quality and quantity of goods and/or services should be resolved between the user and the sales point. Regardless of the complaint outcome, the user is obliged to settle the entire card debt.


If the Bank finds the complaint justified, it will credit the card account, and in case of unjustified complaint, the user will cover all the costs.
