Product description

Web service

The service enables the client to access accounts and execute transactions by accessing the web application. Client identity is verified by using the smart card.

FX service

The service enables the client to access accounts and execute transactions by specialized Windows application installed on the client computer. The application enables work of several users with different authorization levels. Operation of the application does not require continuously set connection. Client identity is verified by using the smart card.

SMS service

The service enables clients to use interactive SMS commands for access to the account activity information. The service is available to the widest circle of mobile phone users.

WAP service

The service enables clients to access accounts and execute transactions by using their mobile phones. Client identification is performed by means of user personal identification number, while the transaction authorization requires the use of WIM cards or one-off password generator. The service may be used by mobile phones supporting WML or HTML contents.

eMon voice service

The service enables clients to access their accounts via voice machine (020 408 802), that may be used from classic phones, public boots and mobile phones. Users are identified by means of personal identification number or one-off password generator. The application provides voice menu on several languages.

eMon fax service

The service enables clients to receive fax messages from the Bank related to their accounts. The appearance of messages is formally adjusted to the Banks visual identity. Clients may schedule notification time, as well as request a confirmation or report on any bookings made on its accounts.

eMon e-mail, fax & SMS notification

The service enables clients to receive from the Bank e-mail, fax or SMS messages related to their accounts. By using the smart card, clients may open encrypted and digitally signed e-mail messages from Outlook or Outlook Express client application. Clients may schedule notification time.


Users that have an opened SMS channel in the system may at any time make BALANCE ENQUIRY for their account by sending a message from their mobile phone with content "Balance" on the phone number 14747.


It is important to mention that any transaction executed via this service is transported to your company through the eMon d.o.o. Company, whereby the security and confidentiality of defined transactions exceed the Bank framework and extend to the mentioned company.

Fee collection

The Bank will charge users of these services the fees based on applicable tariffs for eMon services.
