Apply for VISA Platinum Debit Card

This card is meant for the residents who receive regular monthly income to the account in Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka AD Podgorica. It is also meant for the residents and non-residents without income provided that they have opened account in Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka AD Podgorica and made safety deposit equal to the card annual fee.

Apply for this card at any business unit of Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka AD Podgorica in Montenegro. The card is active on the day of its receipt.

Security

Sign the card upon its receipt. Unsigned card is considered invalid. The card is delivered together with a personal identification number (hereinafter: PIN). Keep your PIN safe, do not show it to other persons and do not write it down in order to eliminate the risk of card abuse. Do not disclose your PIN when withdrawing funds at ATM or making payment at POS terminal. Check the amount of transaction prior to signing the bill.

Reporting a card loss or theft

If your card has been lost or stolen, please contact CKB Call Center at 19894. The card will be blocked immediately. If you do not report a lost or stolen card you will bear the charges under the card.

Complaint

If you believe you should not bear certain cost or that certain cost is miscalculated, you can file a complaint to the bank enclosing bills and other documents the bank may request. Deadline for filing complaint is 72 hours from the transaction date.

The bank is not liable for the quality and quantity of goods or services purchased with the card. Any complaint related to the quality and quantity of goods or services has to be resolved at the point of sale. Regardless of the outcome of complaint procedure the cardholder is obliged to settle the entire debt under the card.

If the bank establishes that the complaint is grounded it will credit the account linked to the card but if it establishes that the complaint is ungrounded the cardholder will bear the entire cost.
